Patient Advisory Council
What is the Patient Advisory Council (PAC)?
Established in 2010, the Patient Advisory Council was created as a liaison between Lifespan Family Healthcare’s staff and the patients they serve. The PAC meets once a month and consists of five patient-members who each volunteer for a term of at least one year. Through an ongoing exchange of ideas, concerns, and information, Lifespan staff and PAC members focus on the Practice’s priority to serve all patients at all times with compassionate care and efficiency.
PAC Mission Statement
To proactively reinforce the patient’s perspective with the staff of Lifespan Family Healthcare in a way that promotes compassionate high quality care for the patient, family and community.
