A new opportunity is available for you to give your feedback to the office regarding a recent visit or your overall experience as a patient here at Lifespan. Your feedback will go directly to the Patient Advisory Council.
The Patient Advisory Council was created as a liaison between Lifespan Family Healthcare’s staff and the patients they serve. The PAC meets once a month and through an ongoing exchange of ideas, concerns, and information, the Lifespan leadership and PAC members focus on the Practice’s priority to serve all patients. Our main mission is to proactively reinforce the patient’s perspective with the staff of Lifespan.
