Directions from the North - Take Route 1 south towards Damariscotta/Newcastle, exit Route 215.  At the stop sign, turn left towards Newcastle.  Travel straight past 2 more stop signs then turn left onto River Road.   Drive approximately ½ mile, we are on the left side of the road, after the Newcastle Inn and before the Newcastle Fire Station.

Directions from the South - Take Route 1 north through Wiscasset.  After the bridge, travel 5.5 miles to a right-hand turn onto River Road (Snead Spur).  Follow this road to the left (towards Damariscotta).  We are on the right of the road immediately after the Newcastle Fire Station.

Patient Feedback to P.A.C.

A new opportunity is available for you to give your feedback to the office regarding a recent visit or your overall experience as a patient here at Lifespan.  Your feedback will go directly to the Patient Advisory Council.

The Patient Advisory Council was created as a liaison between Lifespan Family Healthcare’s staff and the patients they serve. The PAC meets once a month and through an ongoing exchange of ideas, concerns, and information, the Lifespan leadership and PAC members focus on the Practice’s priority to serve all patients. Our main mission is to proactively reinforce the patient’s perspective with the staff of Lifespan.

As a PAC, we welcome your feedback so that we can bring it to the table. (Please indicate if you want the information to be anonymous.)
