Directions from the North
Take Route 1 south towards Damariscotta/Newcastle, exit Route 215. At the stop sign, turn left towards Newcastle. Travel straight past two more stop signs, then turn left onto River Road. Drive approximately ½ mile. You will find Lifespan on the left side of the road, after the Newcastle Inn and before the Newcastle Fire Station.
Directions from the South
Take Route 1 north through Wiscasset. After the bridge, travel 5.5 miles to a right-hand turn onto River Road (Snead Spur). Follow this road to the left (towards Damariscotta). You will find Lifespan on the right of the road immediately after the Newcastle Fire Station.
